Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes. Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are faulty or damaged. Contact our support team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
